SAM · BUILDS SHIFTI
"My bedtime didn't break in one night — and it didn't come back in one night either."
It crept past 3 AM. Five alarms and a lot of coffee didn't fix my mornings — they just made the guilt louder, and the guilt pushed bedtime even later.
The only thing that ever worked was almost embarrassingly small: fifteen minutes. 2:30 became 2:15. 2:15 became 2:00. Then 1:45. Step by step, the schedule came back — and stayed. Shifti is that staircase, built properly: the plan, the alarm that actually gets me up, and the guardrails that keep my phone from undoing it.
